Request for Proposals for Debt Collection Services

Summary

The City of Milwaukie is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide debt collection services. Proposals shall be submitted by email in PDF format and plainly identify the RFP and proposer’s name and address. Proposals shall be sent to Scott Stauffer, City Recorder, at stauffers@milwaukieoregon.gov.

 

Request for Proposals (RFP) documents may be obtained at: http://bids.milwaukieoregon.gov/. Proposals will be received until 5:00 pm PST on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, for the purpose of selecting a consultant to provide requested services. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
