Linwood Avenue Improvements
Sidewalk, Bike Lane and Stormwater

The City of Milwaukie is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consulting engineering firms for providing design of bike lane, sidewalk, and ADA improvements both sides of Linwood Avenue from Harmony Road to Monroe Street, and stormwater piping across Linwood Elementary School property. Proposals for the Linwood Avenue Improvements will be received at the City of Milwaukie Engineering Office located at 6101 SE Johnson Creek Boulevard, Milwaukie, OR 97206 until 3:00 pm on Wednesday, March 20, 2019. Any proposal received after the deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened to the proposer.
The Request for Proposals materials are available by download from the City of Milwaukie's Bid Management System at http://bids.milwaukieoregon.gov. If a proposer does not have access to the system, materials can be picked up at the Engineering Office noted above.
Three copies of the Proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly identifying Project Name, Project Number, and Proposer’s Name and Address. Proposals shall be addressed to Wendy Marshall, City of Milwaukie Engineering Department, 6101 SE Johnson Creek Boulevard, Milwaukie, OR 97206.
Addenda will be electronically posted to the Milwaukie Bid Management System. Proposers are advised to check the City’s website regularly for addenda and other pertinent notifications. City of Milwaukie reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to negotiate individually with one or more firms, or to select one or more firms if determined to be in the best interest of the City.
