2011 STREET NETWORK
PAVEMENT ASSESSMENT

The City of Milwaukie is requesting proposals from qualified pavement assessment firms for the assessment of the City’s street network. Proposals will be received by Matthew Palmer at the City of Milwaukie, Community Development Office, 6101 SE Johnson Creek Boulevard, Milwaukie OR 97206, until 4:00 p.m., local time, on May 6, 2011. No proposals will be received or considered after that time.

This project generally consists of assessing the City of Milwaukie’s street network with the Pavement Index Condition (PCI) method, entry of assessment data into the City’s pavement management software database, and creation of a detailed report that recommends a street pavement maintenance/rehabilitation plan and makes quantitative comparisons to other local jurisdictional street networks.

Proposals shall be addressed to Matthew Palmer, City of Milwaukie, Community Development, 6101 SE Johnson Creek Boulevard, Milwaukie OR 97206. Proposals will be evaluated and interviews scheduled as needed before a consultant is recommended to the City Council.
